3. Our Contract
When you purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
By placing the order you make an offer to us, which is then accepted and confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation Email. Such acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you, saying it was released. You are seeking to enter into a contract with EUROPARTSDEALER when you place an order. This contract is legally binding since the order has been accepted and confirmed in the manner described above.
EUROPARTSDEALER will retain the title to the products until full payment has been received. EUROPARTSDEALER reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review. EUROPARTSDEALER only delivers its products to the locations listed on the Website. In the event that an order is placed for delivery to a location where we do not deliver to, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
Orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) on a working day are dispatched the same day. All other purchases are dispatched on the next working day. Boot liners and Wind Deflectors are sent by the 24h Courier Delivery; all other items are sent by the First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 2-4 working days for a Royal Mail Delivery. You can only return the products that have been purchased directly through this Website. We offer 30 days hassle-free Money-Back delivery to give you peace of mind. If you have changed your mind or you are not delighted with the product, you can return it within 30 days to receive a full refund of your purchase. Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a UK or EU customer, in addition to our Returns or Exchange Procedure, under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have a right to cancel your purchase.
