The VAT is included in all product prices. What you see is what you pay. Postage is free for most of the products on website.

For purchase, we work with authorized payment agent. Braintree processes card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make a purchase with us secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)



If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased or you have simply changed your mind, you can return with proof of purchase(or sales record number and name) to us within 30 days (from the date of receive).
The product can be returned for refund or exchange please let us know which option is more suitable for you.
For the convenience of our customers, we provide pre-paid return labels.

What to do in case part :

- Does not fit – 
If you have received an unsuitable part, please contact us right away.
We will kindly ask you to confirm the exact model and year of your car and to send us a picture of the part which you received and of the original one you are replacing.
This would help us to investigate the issue and replace the part for you if it's available.

- Arrived damaged – If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us right away.
We will most likely ask you to send us a photo picture of the part which you received and confirm if you would like us to replace it for you or if the refund would be preferable.
